  • My trainer has encouraged me to set realistic goals and to take small steps to fit more movement into my daily life.

    I had problems with my knees, but after exercising with my trainer, the pain now is gone and I am able to wear high heels again! I am 47 years old and my weight is now 135 lbs. I look wonderful thanks to him.

    My trainer also gave me tips on how to follow a well-balanced diet and helped me understand that physical fitness is attainable. Even with small changes, you can reap big rewards that will pay off for years to come.
