  • Before I join the program I was over-weight, tired and lethargic all the time. A little over a year ago I started working out three times a week with my trainer. I’ve renewed my confidence as I gain strength, lost 49.25 total inches, dropped 13% body fat, and lost 52 pounds. The program is affordable, convenient and fun. I just love being able to work out with my friends and co-workers.
